So this Slater gets famous and national support for standing up for himself on a now fully publicized blow up on a Jet Blue flight. Yet if you or I do this we get doors shut in our face as in the case of me and Cable One’s Ad department in Twin Falls, or KMVT in Twin Falls. Yet Slater although with Federal felony charges pending, becomes a folk hero. His ex wife gets on the Today Show this morning amongst other morning shows proclaiming Steve Slater is such a good guy. If he’s such a great guy, why’s she his XYL? Because he is GAY?
In this nation its not how much good you do, or try to do, that makes you famous, its if you commit a grand crime, that gets you attention. And folks wonder why I say its time for the CSA/CNP. Speaking of that. The other night, at a local meeting here in Buhl, everyone rose, presented colors and said the pledge of allegiance. Ya’ll know what, I tried but I couldn’t look at old glory and pledge allegiance. I had to walk to my house and say the pledge to my Confederate flag . The pledge of Dixie, not the USA.
