Ah sleep, the ability to shuffle off the mortal coil, and drift off to places only able to be in dreams. However since about age 10 , I have never been able to really sleep at night or the hours most people tuck in and exit the day. The first of it began at age 11 when as a Amateur Radio enthusiast, I could talk to places long away from the deck of the house in Hazzard. Years after, the ability to sleep normal hours was shoved into the toilet, when I was doing late night radio at a local radio station. A few years later, it was due to staying up to snag tows , as the majority of those came in from 00:00 hours to about 04:00 hours. Years after that sleep was from 08:00 Hours to 13:00 hours as our squadron , did most of our missions overnight, since our byrds were less susceptible to enemy ground fire at night. Of course later in life, doing our version of AFR(Armed Forces Radio) here , is done from 01:00 Hours to 05:00 Hours since our ability to stream online is better overnight, since there is less traffic online during those hours.
Research into this, is called sleep studies, and most involve sleep apnea , or correcting what is called a out of sync circadian rhythm , but who is to say what is right or wrong here? Now of course there are vocations that lend themselves to us nyte wolvez and all better than others. Often , I did better in civilian jobs where I could work what was called Grave yard shift. I did that at Tupperware in Jerome Idaho when I was a heap more younger. But again who determines what and when we should sleep? After all if we are a person who would rather snooze during the day, who is the authority that sezz , you got to snooze during the usual nocturnal hours?
However its day break so guess what its sleep tyme.
